The building that payed the toll...

That's right, it looks like those buildings payed the tool and have the right to use that giant 8-lane highway! But the truth is quite simple. The architect somehow "forgot" that there was a planned highway in the exact same place of  the residential blocks he designed... Where's the location of this mega FAIL?! China of course...
